What is Ekko?
Ekko is a personal insight platform designed to help you understand yourself better. By inputting data about your daily life and thoughts, Ekko uses advanced AI to provide meaningful feedback, helping you identify patterns and gain perspective on your personal growth.
Is Ekko a journal or a chatbot?
Neither. While you can record thoughts, Ekko isn't a passive diary. It’s also not a chatbot designed for idle conversation. Instead, it acts as a mirror, using AI to analyze your inputs and provide structured insights into your emotional state and momentum.
Is there a desktop version of Ekko?
Ekko is currently designed as a mobile-only experience to ensure you can capture insights and check your momentum whenever and wherever you are.

What are "Pins"?
Pins are the data points you create within the app. They serve as the foundation for the AI to analyze your day-to-day experiences. Ekko Lite users have a set limit of pins, while Ekko Pro users enjoy unlimited pinning.
How does the AI provide feedback?
Ekko uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform sentiment analysis and pattern recognition. It looks at your inputs over time to detect shifts in confidence, stress, and overall momentum that might be hard to see in the moment.
How do Pin limits work for Ekko Lite users?
As a Ekko Lite user, you receive a set number of free Pins that regenerate every morning. If you run out during the day, you can purchase Pin Packs to keep capturing insights. To ensure you get the most value, the app automatically uses your daily free Pins first before dipping into your purchased Pin Pack balance.
